Refund policy

We work to ensure the greatest possible craftsmanship, but if you encounter an issue within six months, we are happy to replace your purchase free of charge.  Anytime thereafter, we are happy to work with our customers to receive a reasonably priced replacement. We also ask our customers to please absorb shipping costs if the concern is after the first six months.
